Love this sets of mitts for training. I use it for our fighters at my gym. Very light yet pretty sturdy hands n wrist have pretty good support. I use it too our fighters from light heavy weight to bantamweight fighters. Plus I also have few more equipment made by this brand. Like the body strap. I think I’ve had this training equipment for a few years now. N still in great condition.
