I can not begin to tell you how tiny this item is. The pictures I am attaching shows how far this product wraps around my neck.There is no fan. There are no buttons to turn on a fan mode despite the company claim this product is a bladeless fan/AC.The positive are the cooling and heating plates. The cooling mode work fairly well. The heating mode works best.Unfortunately with no fan mode and the lack of size, this product is not going to be able to provide any type of comfort in the heat.
