When it’s blowing it vibrates & makes noise so have to be careful where you place or could vibrate off table. It does blow great cold air but won’t cool a car or small room. Blowing straight on you is great. Only works for anout 2 hours. Takes MUCH longer to charge than how long it runsIt puts out as much air as a small fan. It come with two cartridges to be filled with water and then freeze. I saw on line you can purchase 2 additional cartridges for about $17.00. This would be a good idea, if you do buy this unit. Once they thaw out it is not cooling and you must wait until you have refrozen the cartridges for it to cool again. Also the unit needs to be charged via computer before using. I give it a thumbs down.Arrived when promised. It will only cool a very small space, like your face when laying in bed. The front has been extremely hard to open. This is the storage for ice packs. We cannot figure out how to turn off the night light but besides that it does what it says it will do. Will not cool a small room only a small area.I’m a little disappointed for the almost $60 that it cost I thought it was going to cool a whole lot more it’s actually not real cold at all yes blowing air out like a fan a traditional fan but with ice packs I expected it to be really cold and it’s not most likely will be returning this productFan was not strong enough, loved ice packs featureDidn't cool as we expectedLikes-Quiet.
