Model A1474”. This case is for that Ipad model, also called Ipad Air or Ipad Air first generation.This is a brand new Ipad Air leather Smart Case. It is genuine Apple as the one I owned before and came sealed in its original white cardboard/plastic packaging. It is lightweight and fits the Ipad like a glove. It has the bitten Apple engraved on the leather at the back of the case. The beige color is exactly as shown in the picture. I wish I had found a darker color but this one is new and the price was unbeatable. This Smart Case protects the screen and the back of the Ipad and clicks on and off. Only the Smart “Case” covers the whole Ipad -with holes where needed- as opposed to the Smart “Cover” that only protects/covers the screen, keeps falling off, and is made of polyurethane. The Smart Case for Ipad Air 1st Generation was manufactured by Apple in six colors: black, light sky blue, camel brown, coral red, bright lemon yellow and beige. So any other color might not be a genuine Apple Smart Case. I appreciated the fast delivery.I have the iPad Air First Generation...the case fits.The product has some form of damagebut don’t let that scare you off.In my situation the case had two divotscrushed areas that prevented my iPad from fittinginto the case...but I fixed it with my needle nose pliers.I also noticed the cutout circle for the camerawas not perfectly circular (this would be a rejection by Apple)but this defect doesn’t interfere with the camera functionality.Also the charger port cutout was a little tight...but not to worry.All in all the case sent to me works fine.I had one case exactly like this one which I bought from Apple store. It got so dirty and loose so I gave this case a shot since the reviews are so good. Didn’t regret my decision at all. This case is just like the one I had before, feels the same, looks the same, fits my iPad tight. I am happy that I got it for so cheap! Hope there’s more colors available.Liked everything--was looking for the "original type" cover for an iPad Air--and this was it.wished it is available in other colors, but that meets my need. it was a replacement for a worn out other brand cover. difficult to find genuine apple covers for older models ipads these days. was glad that i can still buy one.This is the only original Apple smart case I could find for the iPad Air 1. The only negative I have is I wanted black but beige was all they had; however I have gotten used to it. If you still have an iPad 1 this is a great purchase.Fits my iPad Air (A1474 - the original iPad Air) perfectly. It's exactly like the one I bought from Apple. It covers the front and back. It has the Apple logo on the back and as you can see in the picture it reads "iPad Smart Case".Good Quality, I can't that it is not authentic, I had one before bought from Apple and it looks identical to that one.The color is beautiful, for women)).
