This is the best stuff I’ve used so much better than poopareeSmells amazing!I recently had ostomy surgery and been looking for scents to keep my en-suite from smelling like a hospital bathroom. Since my ostomy is permanent, it is important to me to not smell, nor have the area I am in smell. This scent works well. It covers the smell and leaves a pleasant odor behind.Does nothing.I've never heard of this brand before but this item is clearly inspired by or in the same line as, the "Poo-Pourri Before-You-Go Toilet Spray" that's sold everywhere. The idea behind this is to spray it before you use the loo as a way of covering your presumably bad odor. I have mixed feelings about this because it presumes you will make a bad odor, or that there's something wrong with your body so you need something like this. So I don't like the psychology behind this product.However, I do see this as being useful as a spray I'd take with me to any public rest room - we all know tons of bus stations and rest stops where other people leave bad smells! In that regard, it works well. I keep it in my purse so I can use it to make public restrooms less yucky.At home, I share a bathroom with my cat whose litter box is practically pressed up against my toilet bowl. Not a good place to use this spray as essential oils are bad for cats.So, while I wish I could use this to less the odor of my cat's urine, it would come at a cost of her health. It's good but for me, I will use it for trips and travel purposes only.$12 for 4 Ounces. Seems a bit expensive but it is comparable to the popular brand!Nice smell - I don't spray on the water since I have a septic field and I'm a bit concerned about the long term effects of the oil over time. I do however, spray in the room after using the facilities. The fragrance is very nice and it does as it should - mask the smell! 4 Stars! I love the minty smell! Hope you find this helpful!Up until now we have been used to using those air wick sprayer cans in the bathroom when we need to but I was excited to give this a try because this is a more healthy and natural option. I always opt in for the healthier options that do not contain as many chemicals that could potentially cause problems down-the-line. You can tell this is way more natural because of how it smells. It literally smells like eucalyptus and spiramint. It doesn't make my lungs hurt when I breathe this in, compared to those nasty chemical ladened sprays. I am very sensitive because I have athsma and react to such things but this does not set my athsma off. The only thing about this that annoys me is the bottle I received tends to leak a little when I press the sprayer down. The product drips down the bottle and gets onto my hand, which can be messy at times.Also, while this is effective and smells amazing, it's amazing, I don't feel like it lasts as long as other sprays do.This spray can be used as an air freshener, or as a toilet masking spray. I think it works best, and should be acquired for use as such. Just spray on surface of water before you go. These types of sprays help mask, gobble up smells before they leach out. Sometimes not necessary, but sometimes it is nice to not leave a scent trail, ya know? (quick tip/trick: even febreeze and other home fragrance can work for this-- just spray into toilet before going. Voila!)As for use in the air, it just adds a light scent. Doesnt linger long--very much on par with other essential oil based sprays. For longer lingering products you will want a home fragrance synthetic spray. For essntial oil sprays, it is better if it can be sprayed onto something rather than just in the air. So maybe spray it at the shower curtain, towel, or even carpet. Even so, it just isnt a long lasting product (and not just this brand).Be careful of use around cats and dogs-- it contains essential oils-- it should not be something that they pick up on their feet or fur (or breathe in).Smells good. Mine had lightly leaked into package. Fortunately it was well wrapped and the leak was just into the wrapper and not everything else.
