Perfect way to test if this air Purifier works is seeing the numbers dropping to the healthy single digit.Doubt if the number is accurate until the skunk smell sneak into my windows. As what many human would do is to quickly shut the windows.For me, I let the smell in and see if the numbers on the display increases - it did.And until I couldn't handle it, windows shut and max the air Purifier.It takes about 2 to 4 min to see the numbers decreasing and skunk-free environment.Does it work? Oh yea!Anti-skunk-smell mitigation. ?I really liked how fast I received this order. Shipping was quick! I also used it as soon as the day I got it and loved how it worked right away. I have 3 cats so clean air is really important. I could tell the difference within 24 hours. I left my home the following morning and came back several hours later and noticed the smell and heaviness of my home was way better. It really does work. The amount it cost is definately worth the price.I was really surprised at how well it works. The air quality in my bedroom is much better!! I keep it on auto and it picks up on unwanted scents and smells very well and ramps up to clean the air. My husband sometimes brushes his teeth with the bathroom door open early in the morning and the purifier switched to high when the smell of toothpaste and mouthwash started to linger in the room. It got rid of the smell quickly!!! I am very impressed.
