Several years ago my wife had a neck operation with screws and a device implanted, a cervical fusion between two vertebrae. That area is very sensitive to cooler and cold temperatures during winters here in PA.She had tried many things and scarfs including one with battery powered heating. The thermafur scarf with a small hand warmer has been by far the most convenient and effective solution. It is just right for when we go outside in winter.My wife has loved her (black) thermafur scarf that I got for her last year. She used it for some cooler times in the house and but mostly when going out places on cold days. We gladly buy and keep a good supply of hand warmers.This fall we just couldn't find her scarf. Going without it was not acceptable. It forced us both to reflect and appreciate it more and what we missed. I quickly ordered another.
