Some delicious (and mostly healthy) recipes using the air fryer are included in this book - starting off w/ the first one which hit the spot for me = buffalo cauliflower wings, then topping off w/ some baked apples for dessert. Though this book does not have an abundance of recipes, it instead does spend a good bit of time and provide details for each recipe, often dedicating 4-5 pages for each one. It uses the pages to provide detailed steps, tips, potential issues, substitutions, and nutritional info. I personally prefer having such detailed and relevant info vs. books that dedicate just one page per recipe, while leaving out some helpful details in doing so. Also, note that the recipes are not necessarily innovative, but that's also a positive in that it will provide you recipes for something that are familiar to you, but using the air fryer to make them.
