The boot from my doctor's office started wearing out after a couple weeks, it was also incredibly bulky and the Velcro was low quality. I ordered this one and it is a much better fit, more compact, a little less ugly even. The material is thick and comfortable, and comes with some replacement pieces. The air pump works well and the Velcro straps are much better. The only concern I have is how slippery the bottom was on a muddy surface, but it works fine in all other capacities. I was very nervous ordering something with no reviews but this boot exceeded my expectations. Thank you!PS my podiatrist gave me special orthopedic shoe inserts that he says are necessary because the bottom of all boots is too flat. I recommend those in addition to the boot!
