Who really cares if they are good looking or not? I do! Normally if something looks good right out of the box it is a good indication of the pride involved in the design and manufacturing taken by the company that made it.These hoses look tough. Although they are advertised as 15’ long, of course you only use half of that distance at most between your truck and the trailer gladhands. These air hoses do not come with any style of connectors on the ends, rather both ends have brass male ½” NPT fittings. To seal really well you will have to use Teflon tape on all of the brass fittings. All of my gladhands have ½” female fittings so they were perfect for me. Looking inside the brass fittings they do narrow down to approximately ¼”, but that’s no big deal.All four ends of the hose have a 12” spring protector to stop the hoses from sagging or kinking at the ends.I believe that these hoses will last a very long time.I highly recommend them!
