I’ve only used this 2 xs. Wasn’t sure how to open it at first but you twist counter clockwise to open. . Well broke opening it. Other side broke trying to close it? Worked well to humidify tho. Lights work well. I have arthritis. Maybe why I had issue opening. I didn’t get warranty . Not sure if returning I glued the on piece back on never found piece thst broke I dont care before as I didn’t notice it broke until now when other sidd broke.hard plastic.
