Sambac Jasmine is also called Arabian Jasmine and is well known for its more bush-like behavior broad green leaves and small fragrant white star-shaped flowers that bloom from April to June. The small glossy deep green leaves of the Jasmine will vine or "twine" around structures and make this a perfect plant for screening or accenting your southern home or yard. Jasmine likes full to partial sun and can be easily trimmed and maintained as a living wall, fence, ground cover, or indoor houseplant. They are a great outdoor landscape or garden plant in areas that stay above 10 degrees Fahrenheit. During the spring growing season feed once with a slow-release fertilizer. When potting up your Jasmine use any ordinary potting mix that drains well. Shipping and handling can be very tough on live plants so please be sure to open and check your plant right away. Our plant team gives each plant a drink before they are individually shipped and wrapped so they may not need to be watered right away. We are unable to ship this plant to California due to restrictions by the California Department of Agriculture. I was pleasantly surprised when this plant arrived. It was carefully packaged with full leaves and even a couple blooms! Looks just like the picture!The plant was packaged very well! There was no damage, and only needed a good amount of water as expected. I do not have a green thumb at all, so my jasmine plant did not survive my care haha. They did a great job preparing the plant for shipping, and the instructions for care were pretty spot on from what I've read online. It was a beautiful plant, rip Jasmine.I received the plant in good condition and with flowers and buds. It continues to give me beautifully scented flowers. Since it is still warm outside, it requires watering daily or the leaves will start to droop. One big negative is there are NO instructions for what to do with the plant. There's an URL code that takes you to an App. The app is not specific to this seller, nor to how to care for the Jasmine plant. It's about all plants. I was looking for something that told me what to do now that the plant traveled halfway across the country. My wife repotted after a couple of days and a few days later it started to drop leaves. I thought it was going to die. It looked dismal for about a week and a half. After a few weeks it looks fine now. After a couple of weeks of varying results Im not going to say this plant will survive. Needless to say it hasn't flowered yet.
